General Questions
1. When is the DVD out for x programme?
If you visit the shop section here, you will see on the mainpage a list of all the DVD's released this month for all the programmes we have listed on the site.
We do not guarantee a record of all future releases, but if we know of a future release, even if it is three months or more away, you may find it in the products section of the relevant programme. Select the programme from the drop down at the top of this page, then look on the right hand side of the page in the products section.
If you subscribe to our montly newsletter you will receive news of all future releases. It may also be worth posting on our forums someone on there may be able to help you and our staff read every post.
2. Where can I download the Theme Tune for x programme?
We used to offer Theme Tunes avaialble for free download on the site but pending a license we currently do not offer Theme Tunes as providing them without a license is breach of copyright.

3. Why is my site not showing up in the listings? Site requirements.
There are some basic criteria that your site must adhere to, to be listed on the site.
(a) We do not allow porn or x rated sites to be listed.
(b)
Your site has to have some content.
(c) We do not accept Yahoo Groups.
If however your site does adhere to these requirements, but is still not showing up then we may have not got around to adding your site yet, it doesnt normally take too long. If you think there has been an error on our part, please let us know.
4. Can I add my site to more than one programme.
If your site fills the criteria listed above in question three and is related to more than one programme, when reviewing your site we will add it to all relevant programmes.
If, once added you think we should add your site to another programme that we may have missed please let us know.
5. Can I add my site to a persons bio?
If your site fills the criteria listed above in question three and is related to a particular person we will add it to a bio.

This can happen, you may request your confirmation email to be resent. Please go here.
