"Vault, The" (2002-2004)

Originally hosted by Davina McCall and later by Melanie Sykes and Gabby Logan, 'The Vault' was a Saturday night game show shown on ITV.

In the first round of the show contestants were given three minutes to answer ten questions, they were then given an initial £1,000 and a further £100 for every question they answer correctly, plus a £5,000 bonus if they got all the questions right. If they didn't know the answer to a question they can use the brokers help, who charge money for providing the answers. Another similar round followed and then the contestant who had won the most amount of money went on to try and unlock the vault!! dum dum deeer!

Next, the player in the studio had to answer a further ten questions correctly, with no passes. But if they failed to do this then someone at home, who had rang in to register previously, was given the chance...
